  First off I would like to say terrific blog! I had a quick question which
  I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to find out how
  you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing.
  I've had a hard time clearing my mind in getting
  my ideas out. I truly do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are wasted just trying
  to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or tips? Thank you!

  Hello there! This is kind of off topic but I need some guidance from an established blog.
  Is it difficult to set up your own blog? I'm not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty quick.

  When I originally commented I seem to have clicked the -Notify
  me when new comments are added- checkbox and now whenever a comment is added I recieve four emails
  with the exact same comment. There has to be a way you can remove me from that service?

  certainly like your web site however you have to check the spelling on quite a
  few of your posts. Several of them are rife with spelling issues and
  I to find it very bothersome to tell the truth then again I'll surely come
